Reviews:

The South Africa 2 Rand Banknote was issued by the South African Reserve Bank between 1978 and 1980. It comes in a combination of blue, green, and brown. On its obverse is a portrait of Jan van Riebeeck and a high-voltage transmission tower. The reverse depicts the Sadol refinery with liquefied natural gas, a cog wheel, a chemistry retort, and a smelting ladle. The note contains a watermark that reveals Jan van Riebeeck and a solid security thread. The note is 120 x 56 mm in size and is signed by Gerhard Petrus Christian de Kock. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
