The South Africa 50 Rand banknote issued in 2015 is in uncirculated condition. The obverse of this 140 x 70 mm banknote features former South African President Nelson Mandela. It also shows the Coat of Arms and a lion as its registration device. The back of the note features Xhoza and Venda. Lions are also visible on the reverse. This banknote has a holographic windowed security thread showing the countrys coat of arms, SARB, and 50 RAND. Its watermark has Nelson Mandela and electrotype 50.
