South Korea 1,000-50,000 Won 4 Pieces Banknote Set, 2005-2009 ND, P-54-57, UNC

This banknote set contains 4 pieces of South Korean Won banknotes issued by the Bank of Korea between 2005 and 2009 in denominations of 1000, 5000, 10000, and 50000. Their obverse features Confuciusian scholar Toegye Yi Hwang, Yulgok Yi I, King Sejong the Great, and author Shin Shaim-dang, respectively. The reverse features the bank logo, t’aeguk, a Gaesang junggeodo watercolor painting, a celestial globe, star charts, a modern telescope, a swallowtail butterfly, watermelons, cockscomb flowers, a poongjukdo painting of a bamboo tree, and a Wolmaedo painting of a Japanee apricot tree. These banknotes are in different sizes and colors. Banknotes from this set are in uncirculated condition.
