The South Vietnam 100 Dong banknote was released by the National Bank of Vietnam in 1972 ND. This green paper bill features the Independence Palace and a pseudo-embossed underprint pattern on its obverse. The reverse of the banknote depicts a man with two water buffalos and a pseudo-embossed buffalo underprint pattern. The South Vietnam 100 Dong banknote has a solid security thread and a watermark that reflects Nguyen Thi Mai Anh. It is 149 x 72 mm and is made of paper.
