The Spain 100 Peseta banknote is part of the family of notes issued by the Bank of Spain between 1970 and 1974. The banknote has brown, green, black, orange, and reddish-brown combinations. Featured on its obverse is the countrys coat of arms and a portrait of composer Manuel de Falla y Matheu. The banknotes reverse depicts the garden and fountains situated at the Palacio de Generalife Granada. The banknot is 135 x 77 mm in size. It has no security threads but it bears a watermark that reveals a portrait of Manuel de Falla. It also carries the signatures of Luis Coronel de Palma, Jose Gallego Adrados, and Joaquin Serrano Garcia. This particular banknote has been graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
