This uncirculated 10 Sri Lankan rupee note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Ceylon. It is a green and purple note that is dated 26 August 1977, bear the signatures of Ronald Joseph Godfrey de Mel and Herbert E. Tennekoon, and measures 139 mm x 69 mm. Its obverse side features the statue of Parakramabahu the Great in Polonnaruwa. Its reverse side shows a guardian stone. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of a lion holding a whip.
