The St. Helena 20 Pounds Banknote was issued by the Government of St. Helena in 2012. The specimen banknote is predominantly brown and bears a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Its obverse side depicts three sailboats in Jamestown Harbor, a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Its reverse side shows the coat of arms of the East India Company, the St. Helena crest. Though the note does not have a watermark, it has a solid security thread and an all-zero serial number. It is 135 mm x 70 mm and bear the signatures of Andrew Wells, Paul James Blessington, Anthony Thomas Pomfret Kilner, and Gillian Francis. This specimen banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
