Reviews:

This uncirculated 20 St. Helena pound banknote is a specimen banknote introduced by the Government of St. Helena in 2014. It is a brown banknote that measures 135 mm x 70 mm, is dated 2012, and bears the signatures of Currency Commissioners Andrew Wells, Paul James Blessington, Anthony Thomas Pomfret Kilner, and Gillian Francis. Its obverse side depicts three sailboats in Jamestown Harbor, a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Its reverse side shows the coat of arms of the East India Company, the St. Helena crest, and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Though the note does not have a watermark, it has a solid security thread and an all-zero serial number.
