Its obverse side depicts three sailboats in Jamestown Harbor, a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Its reverse side shows the coat of arms of the East India Company, the St. Helena crest, and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Though the note does not have a watermark, it has a solid security thread and an all-zero serial number.
