This uncirculated 5,000 Sao Tome and Principe dobra banknote is a standard banknote issued by the Central Bank of Sao Tome and Principe. It is a purple, green, and orange banknote that is dated 22 October 1996, bears the signatures of Acacio Elba Bonfim and Carlos Quaresma Batista de Sousa, and measures 131 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side shows a papa figoo bird, the national coat of arms, and the profile of Rei Amador. Its reverse side depicts a view of the Agostinho Neto plantation hospital and bridge. Security features include a solid security thread with a demetalized BCSTP and a watermark of Rei Amador.
