St. Thomas & Prince 5,000 Dobra banknote was released by the Central Bank of Sao Tome and Principe in 1996. It comes in a color combination of purple, green, and orange. Featured on its obverse is a papa Figo bird, the coat of arms of the nation, and revolutionary leader Rei Amador. The reverse features the Agostinho Neto plantation hospital and bridge. The paper bill has a dimension of 131 x 67 mm and bears a watermark that reflects Rei Amador. It also carries the signatures of Eugenio Lourenco Soares and Maria do Carmo Trovada Pires de Carvalho Silveira. This banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
