This uncirculated 5 Sao Tome and Principe dobra banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Sao Tome and Principe. It is a purple banknote that is dated 23 December 2020, bear the signatures of Osvaldo Tavares dos Santos Vaz and Americo Cardoso Soares de Barros, and measures 130 mm x 67 mm. Its obverse side shows the national coat of arms, an Acraea insulana buttefly, and a view of the Banco Central building in Sao Tome. Its reverse side depicts the map of Sao Tome and Principe and a musaranho fingui (Crocidusa thomensis) mouse. Though the banknote does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Rei Amador, an electrotype butterfly, and Cornerstones.
