The Suriname 2 and a half gulden banknote was introduced in 1967 during the Dutch administration. The banknote depicts a girl wearing a hat on its front design. The reverse of the paper bill shows the denomination both in words and in numerals. The red-brown banknote was printed by Johan Enschede en Zonen and has Dutch text. This particular Suriname 2 1/2 Gulden banknote has been graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
