Suriname 25 Gulden Banknote, 1996, P-138c, UNC

The Suriname 25 Gulden Banknote is part of the 1991-1998 issues. It contains green, orange, red, and yellow colors, and it measures 147x68 mm. The obverse side features two track runners, the Central Bank van Suriname headquarters building at the Waterkant in Paramaribo, and a hibiscus flower. On the reverse side are a toucan on a branch, hibiscus flowers, the 1988 Olympic Gold-medalist Anthony Neste swimming the butterfly stroke and the coat of arms. This banknote bears a solid security thread and uses a watermark with a toucan design.
