The Sweden 50 Kronor Banknote was issued by the Sveriges Riksbank In a 1962. It has a color combination of black, red, and blue. The obverse features Julius Kronberg’s painting of a seated Mother Svea holding a shield and a cornucopia with a reclining lion at her feet. The reverse depicts Jacob Binck’s painting of King Gustav Vasa. The banknote contains a watermark that reveals wavy lines and the head of Mercury. It does not have a security thread. It is 140 x 121 mm in size and is signed by Sven Joge. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
