The Switzerland 20 Francs Banknote was issued by the Swiss National Bank in 1992. The blue banknote bears French, German, Italian, and Romansch texts. Its obverse features geologist Horace-Benedict de Saussure. The reverse is in a vertical orientation and features a mountain range and a group of alpinists and Ammonshorn. The note contains a solid security thread and a watermark that reveals Horace-Benedict de Saussure. The note is 148 x 70 mm in size and is signed by Peter Gerber and Jean Zwahlen. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
