This uncirculated 5 Tajikistani somoni note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the National Bank of Tajikistan in 2013. It is a blue note that is dated 1999, bear the signatures of Emomalij Rahmon and Murodali Alimardon, and measures 144 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side features the founder of modern Tajik literature, Sadriddin Ayni. Its reverse side shows the Tomb of Abuabdulo Rudaki and the flag. Security features include a holographic stripe with a bank logo pattern, a bank logo registration device, a windowed security thread with a demetallized БМТ, and a watermark of Sadriddin Ayni.
