The Thailand 1,000 Baht Banknote was issued by the Bank of Thailand in 1992. It has a combination of green and brown. Its obverse side shows the royal seal, a Royal Garuda emblem, and a portrait of Bhumibol Adulyadej. Its reverse side depicts five people kneeling before Rama IX and Queen Sirikit, the Bhumibol Dam, and Rama IX and Queen Sirikit examining a map. Security features include a solid security thread with a demetalized 1000 BAHT in Thai text and a watermark of Rama IX with an electrotype "Phum Khow Bin" symbol. It is 166 mm x 80 mm in size and is signed by Thanong Bidaya and Chaiyawat Wibulswasdi. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
