This uncirculated 1,000 Thai baht banknote is a banknote issued by the Government of Thailand to commemorate the 60th birthday of Queen Sirikit. It is a green and brown banknote that is dated 1992, bears the signature of Panat Simasathien, and measures 166 mm x 80 mm. Its obverse side features Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX), the Royal Garuda emblem, and the royal seal. Its reverse side depicts five people kneeling before Rama IX and Queen Sirikit, the Bhumibol Dam on the Ping River, the Royal Garuda emblem, and Queen Sirikit and Rama IX examining a map. Security features include a solid security thread with a demetalized 1000 and a watermark of Queen Sirikit and the “Phum Khow Bin” symbol.
