The Thailand 1,000 Baht Banknote was issued by the Government of Thailand between 2005 and 2015. It has a color combination of dark brown, orange, and violet-pink. Its obverse side features the Royal Garuda emblem, the royal seal, and King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX). Its reverse side depicts the Pasak Jolasid Dam, a dam, Rama IX, and the Royal Garuda emblem. Its security features include a lotus registration device, a holographic stripe, a windowed security thread with demetalized 100 BAHT and symbols, and a watermark of Rama IX with an electrotype “Phum Khow Bin” symbol. The note is 162 mm x 72 mm in size and bear the signatures of Changlongphob Sussangkarn and Tarisa Watanagase. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
