This uncirculated 1,000 Thai baht banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Government of Thailand in 2005. It is a dark brown, orange, and violet-pink banknote that bear the signatures of Changlongphob Sussangkarn and Tarisa Watanagase, and measures 162 mm x 72 mm. Its obverse side features the Royal Garuda emblem, the royal seal, and King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX). Its reverse side depicts the Pasak Jolasid Dam, a dam, Rama IX, and the Royal Garuda emblem. Security features include a lotus registration device, a holographic stripe, a windowed security thread with demetalized 100 BAHT and symbols, and a watermark of Rama IX with an electrotype “Phum Khow Bin” symbol.
