Thailand 100 Baht banknote from 1994 ND, has a pick number of P-97a.12, is in uncirculated (UNC) condition and features Rama IX.


The Thailand 100 Baht banknote is part of the Series Fourteen Issues released by the Government of Thailand in 1994. The banknotes obverse features the Royal Garuda emblem, the royal seal, and a portrait of Rama IX in uniform. The reverse depicts Royal monograms, five students walking from their school to a candle and an open book. It also shows the Royal Garuda emblem, the royal initial emblem, a seated Rama V and Rama VI standing holding swords, and a seated monk and two boys. The banknote is 150 x 72 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with a demetalized 100 and Thai text. It also carries a watermark that reveals Rama IX and an electrotype symbol Prajumyan. This banknote comes in uncirculated condition.
