This blue 50 Thai baht banknote is part of the series of banknotes that highlight the contributions of the Chakri Dynasty to the development of agriculture, science, religion, and finance in Thailand. Its obverse side contains the Royal Garuda emblem, the Chakri Dynasty emblem, and a portrait of Bhumibol Abdulyadej, the monarch of the Chakri Dynasty, in uniform. The reverse side depicts a globe and telescope, the Phra Pathom Chedi stupa, and a seated Rama IV. The security features of the note are a solid security thread with 50 baht in English and Thai text in demetalized ink, a watermark of Rama IX, and an electrotyped Dok Loi symbol watermark. The note is 144 mm long and 72 mm wide. It is also in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated.
