This uncirculated 50 Thai baht note is a commemorative banknote issued by the Government of Thailand to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Rama IX’s ascension to the throne. It is a blue polymer note that bear the signatures of Bodee Junnanon and Rerngchai Marakanond, and measures 144 mm x 72 mm. Its obverse side features the Royal Garuda emblem, the emblem of the Chakri Dynasty, King Bhumibol Adulyadej, and the royal ceremonial emblem of the Golden Jubilee. Its reverse side shows the coat of arms and signature of Rama VIII, the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall, a statue of Rama VIII, and the Royal Garuda emblem. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Rama IX. Additionally, the note comes with a card.
