The Thailand 50 Baht Banknote was issued by the Bank of Thailand in 2004. Its obverse side shows Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) in his military uniform, the Royal Garuda emblem, and the Chakri Dynasty emblem. Its reverse side shows a globe, a telescope, a table, Rama IV, the Royal Garuda emblem, and the Phra Pathom Chedi Stupa in Nakhon Pathom. The banknote contains a solid security thread with demetalized 50 BAHT and Thai text. Its watermark reveals Rama IX with an electrotype Dok Loi symbol. The blue banknote is 144 mm x 72 mm and is signed by Korn Chatikavanij and Tarisa Watanagase. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
