This uncirculated 500 Thai baht banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Government of Thailand in 1975. It is a purple banknote that bear the signatures of Sommal Hoontrakul and Kamchorn Sathirakul, and measures 160 mm x 83 mm. Its obverse side features the Royal Garuda emblem, a mythical statue, and Bhumibol Adulyadej in a full royal dress. Its reverse side depicts the Pro Prang Sam Yot Khmer Temple.
