The obverse of the purple banknote features the Royal Garuda emblem, a mythical statue, and Bhumibol Adulyadej wearing a full royal dress. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the Pro Prang Sam Yot Khmer temple at Tambon Thahin in Amphur Muang, Lop Buri Province. The banknote is 160 x 83 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with printed Thai text. It also carries a watermark that reflects Rama IX.
