Thailand 60 Baht Banknote from 1987 with pick number P-93 is in uncirculated (UNC) condition and features King Rama IX King Bhumibol Adulyadej. This commemorative specimen banknote is in an album.


The Thailand 60 Baht Banknote was issued by the Government of Thailand in 1987 to commemorate Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX)’s sixtieth birthday. The obverse features King Rama IX King Bhumibol seated on the royal throne wearing a military uniform and the Chakri Dynasty royal robe. It also shows the royal emblem printed in green-to-blue optically variable ink and the bank emblem. The reverse side of the note is a picture of the royal family interacting with a crowd. The security features of the note are a solid security thread with printed Thai text and a watermark that reveals a triangle. The banknote measures 159 mm by 159 mm. This commemorative specimen banknote is in uncirculated condition and comes in an album.
