This Thale banknote set comes with 5 pieces of notgeld banknotes in 5, 25, 50, 75, and 100 denominations. These local paper bills are part of the Walpurgis Night series released in 1921 by the City of Thale am Harz in Saxony. Centered on the obverse of these banknotes is the seal of Thale and on each side is the denomination. Additionally, the notes bear Walpurgis 1921. Their reverse design depicts scenes related to Walpurgis night such as the Devils Wall or Teufelsmauer, Witches Dance, cats, and demons. These banknotes are in different colors and sizes. Additionally, they are in uncirculated condition.
