The Trinidad & Tobago 1 Dollar Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago in 2006. The obverse of this red banknote features two scarlet ibis birds and the coat of arms of Trinidad & Tobago. The back of the note depicts an ibis, the Eric Williams Financial Complex in Port of Spain, and the Tringen oil refinery at the Point Lisas industrial estate. The note contains a 1.2-mm wide windowed security thread with a demetallized CBTT1 and a registration device in the form of an ibis. It also bears a scarlet ibis bird watermark with an electrotype TT1 and Cornerstones. The note is 156 x 66 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition. This particular paper bill bears a radar serial number RR546645 and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
