The Trinidad & Tobago 1 dollar banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago in 2006. The banknotes obverse features the coat of arms of the country and two scarlet ibis birds. On the reverse is the Eric Williams Financial Complex in Port of Spain. It also shows the Tringen nitrogen production plant in Point Lisas. The banknote is 156 x 66 mm in size and bears a 1.2mm wide windowed security thread with a demetalized CBTT1. Its watermark reflects a scarlet ibis bird, an electrotype TT1, and Cornerstones. This particular banknote has been graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
