Its obverse side shows the national arms and a cocrico bird (Ortalis ruficauda). Its reverse side portrays a view of the Eric Wiliams Financial Complex in the Port of Spain. Security features include a cocrico bird registration device, 2-mm wide windowed security thread with demetalized CBTT10, and a watermark that shows a cocrico bird, an electrotype 10, and Cornerstones.
