This uncirculated 50 Trinidad and Tobago dollar note commemorates the 50th anniversary of the country’s independence in 2012. Its obverse side contains a red-capped cardinal bird on a branch, a holographic patch, the national coat of arms, and a red overprint saying “CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE 1962-2012”. Its reverse side shows the Eric Williams Finance Complex in the Port of Spain and the Red House.
