This uncirculated 1,000 Turkish lira note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1986. It is a violet note that is dated 14 January 1970, bear the signatures of Rusdu Saracoglu and Bediz Demiray, and measures 140 mm x 72 mm. Its obverse side features Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Its reverse side shows Fatih Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror and a sailing ship in Constantinople Harbor. Security features include a solid security thread with printed TURKIYE CUMHURIYET MERKEZ BANKASI, a watermark of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, and a serial number with an H-prefix.
