The Turkey 1 Million Lira Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1996 under the 1970 law. The note is predominantly claret red and blue and has the prefix K. The obverse of the note depicts Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and the bank logo. Its reverse displays the bank logo and Ataturk dam in Sanliurfa. The note contains a windowed security thread with a demetallized TCMB and a watermark that reveals Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. It is 160 x 76 mm in size and is signed by Gazi Ercel and Selcuk Abac. This particular banknote is in used condition.
