The Turkey 1 Million Lira Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Turkey in 2002 under the 1970 law. It comes in a combination of claret red and blue. The obverse of the banknote depicts former president Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and the bank logo. The reverse depicts the bank logo and the Ataturk dam in Sanliurfa. The banknote contains a windowed security thread with a demetallized TCMB and a watermark that reveals Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. It is 160 x 76 mm in size and is signed by Fatih Ozatay and Sureyya Serdengecti. This banknote is in used condition and has been TAP authenticated.
