The Turkey 10,000 Lira banknote is part of the family of notes issued by the Central Bank of Turkey in L.1970 (1989 ND). The banknote has purple and green color combinations. The banknotes obverse portrays Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The reverse of the note depicts the Selimiye mosque and minarets in Edirne. It also depicts Turkish architect Mimar Sinan. The 146 x 72 mm paper bill bears a solid security thread with printed TURKIYE CUMHURIYET MERKEZ BANKASI and a watermark that reveals Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. This banknote with the prefix J is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
