This uncirculated 10 Turkish lira banknote was introduced in 1979 under Law 1970. It is part of the C series and signed by Central Bank of Turkey Governor Ismail Hakki Aydinoglu and Vice Governor Vural Gunal. The note has olive green and pink colors and dimensions of 122 mm x 55 mm. Its obverse side features young children and Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the Father of Modern Turkey. Its reverse side depicts Ataturk receiving flowers from young students. Security features of the note include a solid security thread with printed T.C.M.B. 10 TL and a watermark of Ataturk with short eyelashes.
