The Turkey 10 Lira Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1979 under the 1970 law. This banknote is in a combination of olive green and pink and bears the prefix A. Its obverse features the founding father of the Republic of Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. It also shows profiles of a young boy and girl. The reverse depicts Ataturk receiving flowers from a group of young students. Printed by the Turkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankasi Banknot Matbaasi, the note carries a solid security thread with printed T.C.M.Its dimensions are 122 x 55 mm. This particular Turkey 10 Lira banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
