The Turkey 10 Lira banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1979 under the 1970 law. Centered on its obverse design is an in-profile picture of a young boy and girl. At the right is a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk who was the former president of the country. The reverse of the note portrays Ataturk receiving flowers from young students. Printed by the Turkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankasi Matbaasi, the banknote bears a solid security thread with printed T.C.M.B. 10 TL. The 122 x 55 mm paper bill also has a watermark that shows Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. This Turkey 10 Lira banknote with the prefix B is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
