This uncirculated 10 Turkish lira note was introduced by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1982 under Law 1970 and signed by Osman Siklar and Ruhi Haseski. Its obverse side shows an in-profile picture of a young boy and girl in the center and the portrait of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Its reverse side depicts Ataturk receiving flowers from students. Security features include a serial number with a D-prefix that glows under UV light, a solid security thread with printed T.C.M.B. 10 TL, and an Ataturk watermark. Its dimensions are 122 mm x 55 mm.
