This used 10,000 Turkish lira banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1997. The brown and green banknote is dated 14 January 1970, bear the signatures of Gazi Ercel and Aykut Ekzen, and measures 158 mm x 76 mm. Its obverse side depicts a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, a view of the equestrian statue of Ataturk in Samsun, and the bank logo. Its reverse side shows the bank logo and a depiction of Ataturk receiving flowers from a group of young students. Security features include a windowed security thread with a demetalized TCMB and a Type A watermark of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.
