This used 100,000 Turkish lira banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1997. It is a brown and green banknote that is dated 14 January 1970, bear the signatures of Gazi Ercel and Aykut Ekzen, and measures 158 mm x 76 mm. Its obverse side depicts a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, a view of the equestrian statue of Ataturk in Samsun, and the bank logo. Its reverse side shows the bank logo and a depiction of Ataturk receiving flowers from a group of young students. Security features include a windowed security thread with a demetalized TCMB and a Type A watermark of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.
