The Turkey 100 Lira Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Turkey in 2009 under the 1970 Law. Its obverse side shows a star, a crescent, and Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Its reverse side honors the composer Itri (Buhurizade Mustafa Efendi) and musical instruments. Security features include a holographic stripe, a solid security thread with printed TL 100, and a watermark of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk with an electrotype 100. The blue banknote is 154 mm x 72 mm in size and is signed by Murat Uysal and Ugur Namik Kucuk. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
