This uncirculated 5 Turkish lira banknote is issued under Law 1930. It was introduced by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1968. The brown and purple banknote measures 135 mm x 60 mm and bears the signatures of Naim Talu, Nevzat Alpturk, and Riza Uygur. Its obverse side shows a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Its reverse side features the Manavgal Waterfall in Antalya. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The banknote was demonetized in 1993.
