The Turkey 50,000 Lira banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey in 1989 under the 1970 law. The green banknote bears Turkish text. Its obverse side features President Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The reverse side depicts the Grand National Assembly Parliament building with a flag in Ankara, It also shows the statue of Ataturk with a man and a woman holding a flag and a banner. It has a windowed security thread and a watermark that reveals Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The banknote is 146 x 72 mm in size and bears the signatures of Rusdu Saracoglu and Ercan Kumcu. This particular banknote with the prefix I and is in used condition.
