The Turkey 500,000 Lira banknote is part of the L.1970 (1993 ND) issues of the Central Bank of Turkey bearing a G prefix. Portrayed on its obverse design is revolutionary statesman Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and the bank logo. The back of the note depicts the bank logo and the Canakkale Sehitleri Aniti or the Canakkale Martyrs Memorial standing on Hisarlik Hill in Morto Bay. The purple banknote has dimensions of 160 x 76 mm. It bears a watermark that reflects Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The banknote was printed by TCMB and carries a windowed security thread with a demetalized TCMB. This Turkey 500,000 Lira banknote is in uncirculated condition.
