The back of the note features the Parliament building which is located in Kampala. The paper bill is 156 x 66 mm in size and carries a solid security thread. It also bears a watermark in the form of a crested crane. This Uganda 1,000 Shilling banknote has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
