Uganda 10,000 Shillings Banknote, 2021, P-52g, UNC

The obverse of the Uganda 10,000 shillings banknote issued in 2021 features the Key to Success monument found at the Kyambogo University. It also shows the gigantic Sipi Falls cascading at Mount Elgon. Moreover, the nations Coat of Arms as well as a green-to-blue SPARK feature are visible. The back of the banknote displays a jug, a sun, a map, and the National Independence monument standing in Kampala. Both the back and front of this 143 x 70 mm paper money bear a profile of a man wearing a Karimojong headdress. The Uganda 10,000 shillings has a holographic stripe and a red-to-green windowed security thread with demetallized BOU X. Signed by the Bank of Uganda Governor Emmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile and the Bank Secretary Susan Kanyemibwa, this banknote has a crested crane and electrotype 10000 watermarks.
