The Uganda 10 Shilling banknote was introduced by the Bank of Uganda in 1982. On its front design is the bank emblem. It also reflects the coat of arms on the map of Uganda. The banknotes reverse features three elephants, an antelope, a waterfall, and a hippopotamus. The banknote is 136 x 70 mm in size and carries a solid security thread. Additionally, it bears a watermark that reveals a crested crane. This particular Uganda 10 Shilling banknote has been graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
